Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients within the tech industry across Europe.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Strong understanding of compensation trends and HR tech solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
