Key Responsibilities
- Drive expansion sales and identify upsell opportunities within existing SMB accounts in the Nordics region.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Demonstrate expertise in Deel’s global payroll, HR, and compliance offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in expansion or account management within the SMB segment.
- Strong understanding of the Nordics business landscape and market dynamics.
- Experience with SaaS, HR technology, or global payroll solutions is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales quotas.
