Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the personal lines insurance sector.
  • Manage and grow a robust pipeline of prospective clients, converting leads into new business.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs.
  • Provide expert advice and tailor insurance solutions from a comprehensive range of products.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or new business development role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative member of a dynamic sales team.
  • Highly goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of personal lines insurance products is a distinct advantage.
