Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate, healthcare, and government clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Club Feast’s client base.
  • Understand client needs and tailor meal solutions to meet specific dietary and logistical requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, tech, restaurant partners) to deliver seamless service.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales/business development role (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Passion for food service, technology, and supporting local communities.
