Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand service adoption within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
  • Provide valuable market insights and feedback to product and sales development teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare or SaaS industry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
