Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the Arabic-speaking markets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand service adoption within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
- Provide valuable market insights and feedback to product and sales development teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing sales role.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare or SaaS industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
