Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions and financial records accurately.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements for management review.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and audits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
