Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions and financial records for construction projects.
• Prepare budget forecasts, financial statements, and detailed financial reports.
• Process invoices, payroll, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
• Perform timely reconciliation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Accountant, with mandatory experience in the building construction sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
