Accountant

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage receivables, sales reporting, invoice tracking, expense coordination, and VAT documentation across multiple offices and teams. This role is key to maintaining daily financial health and ensuring smooth coordination with sales teams, center coordinators, and the CFO’s office. The ideal candidate will be organized, diligent, and capable of working across departments with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Track daily receivables from all offices.
• Update and maintain daily sales reports across all locations.
• Maintain a tracker for all invoices raised to partner universities globally.
• Work with department heads and employees to verify and approve expenses.
• Review and cross-check employee reimbursement claims and supporting documents.
• Maintain and update the VAT tracker on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Basic understanding of VAT regulations and claims.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
