Key Responsibilities
- Process and record incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare and submit customer invoices and statements as required.
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable and other financial tasks.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
