Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for management.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.
  • Provide financial reporting and analytical support to senior management for strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in both accounting and administrative management roles (5 years+ preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
