    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions for real estate industry clients.
    • Prepare and analyze detailed financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
    • Perform timely bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial models, and investor materials.
    • Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
    • Collaborate effectively with the internal team of bookkeepers, controllers, and financial analysts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a significant focus on the real estate sector.
    • Demonstrated expertise in accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information.
