Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, tax regulations, and local financial standards.
• Collaborate with financial analysts on the preparation of investor materials and reports.
• Provide comprehensive accounting support and advisory services to clients in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accountant, with a strong background in the vacation rentals or hospitality industry.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
