Key Responsibilities

  • Take full operational ownership of Zoho Books after external implementation.
  • Lead the monthly closing process and explain monthly results to management.
  • Train and onboard bookkeepers into the implemented accounting structure.
  • Maintain clean audit trails and supporting documentation for compliance.
  • Take over selected administrative and coordination tasks from the CEO.
  • Coordinate between accounting, management, and external service providers.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with modern accounting systems (Zoho, Odoo, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Clear, structured thinking and practical use of ChatGPT/AI tools.
  • Strong English communication (Urdu/Hindi is a plus).
  • Willingness to grow, improve systems, and take ownership.
