Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and record keeping. Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions accurately. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Support bank reconciliations and other balance sheet accounts. Aid in the preparation of financial reports and summaries. Collaborate with the finance team on month-end closing procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
