    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with IFRS, local accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Coordinate and manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls and procedures.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems; experience with international accounting standards preferred.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international business environment.
