Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems; experience with international accounting standards preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international business environment.
