Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with IFRS, local accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate and manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors. Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls and procedures. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems; experience with international accounting standards preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international business environment.
