Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Oversee the end-to-end processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain Accounts Payable best practices and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and workflows.
• Prepare regular Accounts Payable reports and analyses for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and AP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
