    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and manage all accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Monitor and follow up on outstanding guest and client payments to ensure timely collection.
    • Reconcile daily sales reports and payment activities.
    • Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and receipts to guests and corporate clients.
    • Maintain precise and up-to-date accounts receivable records and guest account ledgers.
    • Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.

    Requirements

    • Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
    • High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
