Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Sales Targets/VAS: Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Ensure the team meets the targets on s DCC, E-com and setup charges.
- Build/Achiever/Update Sales Pipeline of prospective accounts/Merchants in target markets.
- Setting goals for the team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Training of business development team under his supervision.
- Produce MIS reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Payment Card Industry (Acquiring)
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks
- Good knowledge of service standards
- Good knowledge of VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP Products
- Good knowledge of VISA / MasterCard Regulations on Operations & Risk
