Our factories, stores and workshops are located in Jebel Ali and Al Quoz, in purpose built facilities of 22000 m2. We have a presence in the retail market through our showroom in Al Qusais, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and project coordination.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
