Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
• Maintain a highly organized and up-to-date filing system, both physical and digital.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with document control procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate the efficient flow of documents between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Support project teams by facilitating timely document retrieval and distribution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Admin or Document Controller, preferably within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
• Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A vocational certificate or equivalent qualification.
