Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as required.
- Manage and organize documents, files, and records efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks.
