Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to team members.
- Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
