Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the SVP of Casino Marketing.
  • Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Develop, update, and analyze reports and data using Excel.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and analytics teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in the organization of special events and client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
