    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams and senior staff.
    • Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other organizational documents.
    • Maintain effective communication channels within the office and with external partners.
    • Handle procurement processes for office supplies and equipment in compliance with policies.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an NGO or international development setting.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
