Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams and senior staff.
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other organizational documents.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the office and with external partners.
- Handle procurement processes for office supplies and equipment in compliance with policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an NGO or international development setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
