Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Development Departments.
  • Prepare reports, letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and issue Reservation Forms, SPAs (Sales & Purchase Agreements), Addendums, and client correspondence.
  • Maintain updated logs for SPA issuance, client signatures, compliance documents, and registration requirements.
  • Assist in preparing client welcome packs, handover packs, and communication letters.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent documentation and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate development processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience.
