    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the registry and documentation systems.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Urban Resilience Hub team.
    • Assist in organizing, archiving, and retrieving project-related documents and communications.
    • Ensure efficient flow of information and meticulous record-keeping.
    • Support general office operations, including logistical arrangements for meetings and events.
    • Prepare, format, and review official correspondence, reports, and presentations.

    Requirements

    • Entry-level candidate with a strong interest in administration and documentation.
    • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
