Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the registry and documentation systems.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Urban Resilience Hub team.
- Assist in organizing, archiving, and retrieving project-related documents and communications.
- Ensure efficient flow of information and meticulous record-keeping.
- Support general office operations, including logistical arrangements for meetings and events.
- Prepare, format, and review official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidate with a strong interest in administration and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
