Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all daily food service operations at the AFCAP V ADAB DFAC.
• Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of food supplies.
• Manage and train food service staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all operations adhere to contractual requirements for U.S. government food services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or supervision, preferably in a DFAC or similar large-scale institutional setting.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in inventory control, operational reporting, and basic computer skills.
