Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies focusing on Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing KOLs and affiliates to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, driving engagement and performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization.
- Negotiate favorable terms and commission structures with partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management, particularly with KOLs.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
