Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers across the MENA region.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of product-related issues.
- Maintain and build strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to continuous product and service improvement.
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on all customer service cases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an after-sales service or customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Experience in the automotive or tire industry is highly desirable.
