    Job Overview

    INNOBAYT is expanding its AI Consulting Division and seeks an AI Consultant – Microsoft Copilot Solutions to advise, architect, and implement Copilot-driven automation across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. You’ll run discovery workshops, translate business processes into AI-enabled workflows, integrate Azure OpenAI/Cognitive Services, and drive change management and adoption to deliver measurable productivity and ROI for enterprise clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client Consulting & Strategy: Assess digital maturity; map processes to Copilot use cases; build adoption roadmaps and change plans.
    • Solution Architecture & Implementation: Configure Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate; integrate with Azure OpenAI/Cognitive Services and custom APIs; develop Copilot Studio extensions; ensure security, governance, and data connectivity.
    • AI Enablement: Deliver training, use-case libraries, productivity benchmarks, and success metrics; iterate prompts/grounding for contextual accuracy.
    • Pre-Sales & Delivery Support: Build demos/POCs, proposals, architecture docs, and implementation guides; support RFPs and stakeholder presentations.

    Requirements

    • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Dynamics 365.
    • Hands-on with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Services; grounding/prompt design and AI governance.
    • Understanding of Azure AD/Entra ID, security/compliance, REST APIs, connectors; chatbot experience (Power Virtual Agents/Bot Framework) is a plus.
    • Strong consulting skills: workshops, stakeholder management, documentation, and clear communication.
    • Preferred: 4–8 years in AI consulting/Microsoft solutions/BPA; Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect, AI Engineer Associate, Copilot Developer).
