Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for AI initiatives in the banking sector.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using agile methodologies.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI Project Manager, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data science, and their application in finance.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
