    Key Responsibilities

    • Vigilantly monitor aquatic facilities, including pools and beaches, to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, and water rescue as required.
    • Enforce all pool rules and regulations clearly and courteously to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lifeguard station and surrounding aquatic areas.
    • Assist guests with inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive overall experience.
    • Conduct regular checks of safety equipment to ensure readiness and proper function.

    Requirements

    • Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications from a recognized authority (e.g., Red Cross or equivalent).
    • Strong swimming abilities and proficiency in various water rescue techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
    • Ability to maintain focus and vigilance for extended periods.
    • Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
