Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process Amazon orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate product listings and pricing on the Amazon platform.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment.
- Support the sales team in planning and executing Amazon promotional campaigns.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance data to identify trends.
- Handle administrative tasks related to Amazon vendor accounts and customer service inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales administration, preferably with Amazon.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of consumer goods industry is a plus.
