Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to all guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

- Offer comprehensive information about Jumeirah Saadiyat Island’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored recommendations for an enhanced experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a guest relations, front office, or a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
