Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical equipment and systems. Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently. Ensure all work adheres to Baker Hughes’ safety protocols and operational standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical support and improve system performance. Accurately document all maintenance, repair activities, and equipment status. Support field operations, ensuring reliable performance of energy technology solutions.

Requirements

Technical degree or vocational certificate in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and instrumentation. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
