Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial operations across the APAC region.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and compliance procedures.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to regional leadership.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar senior finance role, preferably in the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
