    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all financial operations across the APAC region.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Develop and implement robust financial controls and compliance procedures.
    • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to regional leadership.
    • Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management activities.
    • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar senior finance role, preferably in the APAC region.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
