Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and guidance for Eaton’s power management solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand application requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for products and systems.
- Assist in the selection, configuration, and integration of Eaton products into customer applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and Eaton’s evolving product portfolio.
Requirements
- Solid technical understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, or related electronics manufacturing.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical information clearly.
- Strong customer-centric approach with good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Prior experience in a technical support, applications engineering, or field engineering role is beneficial.
