Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and application guidance to customers for OMICRON’s primary application solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and partners in the MEA region.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose optimal technical solutions, ensuring system safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to convey customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to electrical testing and protection equipment.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and OMICRON’s product developments in electric power systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in application engineering, technical support, or field service within the electric power industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing, protection systems, and digital substations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the MEA region.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
