Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of digital applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in application operations, IT systems administration, or a similar digital operations role.
• Strong understanding of digital application architecture, infrastructure, and management.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools, incident management, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
