Key Responsibilities
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development through on-the-job training, formal education, and workshops.
- Study aviation regulations, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures required for different aircraft types.
- Learn to handle and maintain specialized tools, equipment, and machinery used in aircraft maintenance while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections periodically in a logbook as per aviation regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to quality control measures and standards to ensure all maintenance activities meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
