Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate approvals from local authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DCD, and others.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to ensure timely submission and follow-up on approvals.
- Liaise with clients and external consultants/designers to align project documentation and requirements.
- Review drawings, documents, and compliance reports before submission to authorities.
- Maintain updated knowledge of local authority guidelines, regulations, and processes.
- Track and document approval statuses, ensuring project timelines are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Valid UAE Driving License (DL) – mandatory.
- SOE Card – mandatory.
- Minimum 4–5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of Dubai experience in approvals or authority coordination.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
