Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all pool facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage, train, and schedule a team of lifeguards and pool attendants.
- Develop and implement comprehensive pool safety procedures and emergency action plans.
- Monitor and maintain water quality, chemical balance, and equipment in excellent working condition.
- Enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure adherence to all local health, safety, and operational standards for aquatic facilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aquatics management, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Essential certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard training.
- In-depth knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
