Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate any discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and customer statements accurately.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances through communication with clients.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all AR transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Entry-level experience in accounting, demonstrating foundational knowledge of AR principles.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
