Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential patients to introduce dental services and promotions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of various dental treatments and clinic offerings.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments with dental practitioners.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic, Filipino, or Iranian (e.g., Farsi) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence potential patients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing patient data.
- Resilience and a positive attitude in a target-driven sales environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
