Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and technical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers and other specialists on integrated projects.
- Oversee project phases from initial concept through to final completion.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to innovative and sustainable design solutions for diverse projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a practicing Architect.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of construction principles and local building regulations in Czechia.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
