Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the architectural design development for various projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate design solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and international standards.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination activities.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be an Emirati National.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Architect, preferably within the Middle East.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
