Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural projects for Parfums Christian Dior’s retail spaces, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Ensure that all design solutions are innovative, aesthetically superior, and align perfectly with the luxurious brand identity and global guidelines.
• Manage architectural projects from initial briefing to final execution, including overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality control.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and retail operations teams to integrate design seamlessly into broader brand strategies.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and fixtures that reflect Dior’s commitment to quality and luxury.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction and installation are in line with design specifications and brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architect Specialist or similar role, with a strong background in luxury retail or high-end commercial design.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of architectural projects, particularly those involving brand environments.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering tools).
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and material specifications.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
