Job Overview
Al Mujassam Architects & Engineers is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Architectural Draftsman proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with Dubai standards, preparing clear and accurate drawings, coordinating with different disciplines, and maintaining high drafting quality across all project stages. This role supports our architectural and structural teams by producing reliable drawings and models that align with UAE regulations and internal company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, details, and coordination drawings using both AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ensure all drawings follow DM standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
- Maintain proper layering, line weights, annotations, and documentation standards.
- Develop and update Revit models for architectural works.
- Coordinate Revit models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Maintain organized project files for easy retrieval and clarity.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years of drafting experience in Dubai.
- Good understanding of Dubai Municipality and local authority standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural drafting.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit for modeling and coordination.
