    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory in Norway.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial sector.
    • Present Cavotec’s cleantech automation and electrification solutions to customers.
    • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a relevant engineering role, preferably in the industrial or cleantech sector.
    • Strong technical understanding of automation, electrification, or industrial applications.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of Norwegian is highly advantageous.
