Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Private Banking Relationship Managers.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Manage client inquiries, requests, and transaction processing efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements (DIFC) and internal compliance policies.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain client records accurately.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, or a similar financial services role.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and client service principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant banking software.
